Plain English: we collect only what we need to run Nexus beta and respond to you. We do not sell personal data. You can request access or deletion at any time.

Thugir Labs (“we”, “us”) operates thugirlabs.com and develops Nexus, an autonomous cybersecurity research framework. For privacy enquiries: [email protected].

2. What we collect

Beta applications: name, email, target scope description, and your authorization confirmation submitted via our website form (processed through Web3Forms).

Website: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) retained for up to 30 days for security and reliability.

Self-hosted Nexus: when you run Thugir Node on your own infrastructure, scan data and findings stay on your systems unless you choose to share them with us for support.

We do not use advertising trackers, third-party marketing cookies, or sell personal data.

We process data on the basis of consent (beta applications), legitimate interests (security, service improvement), and contractual necessity where applicable.

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability of your personal data. Contact [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. You may lodge a complaint with the UK ICO.

6. Cookies

This marketing site uses no tracking cookies. Essential technical storage may be used by your browser for security (e.g. form submission). Self-hosted Nexus may use session cookies on your deployment.

Form submissions may be processed by infrastructure providers outside the UK. We use providers with appropriate safeguards where required.

HTTPS is enforced on thugirlabs.com. Access to application data is restricted. See our Security page for more detail.
