Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 June 2026
Plain English: use Nexus only on targets you are authorized to test. Beta is provided as-is. Do not use our software for unlawful access.
1. Acceptance
By accessing thugirlabs.com or using Nexus (including Thugir Node and the TCSF cognitive runtime), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Authorized use only
Nexus performs real reconnaissance and exploit attempts. You must only scan, probe, or test systems, networks, applications, or data you own or have explicit written authorization to assess. Unauthorized use may violate computer misuse laws and will result in immediate termination of access.
3. Beta programme
Nexus is currently offered as a free closed beta, self-hosted on your infrastructure, with manual onboarding. Features, availability, and support may change without notice. We may accept or decline beta applications at our discretion.
4. No warranty
Nexus and this website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will find all vulnerabilities, be free of errors, or be suitable for every environment. You are responsible for validating findings and remediation decisions.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thugir Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Nexus or this website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed £100 or the amount you paid us in the preceding three months (if any).
6. Intellectual property
Nexus, TCSF, Thugir Node, and all related software, documentation, and branding are proprietary to Thugir Labs. Beta access grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for internal security research on authorized targets only.
7. Data and confidentiality
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for securing your self-hosted deployment and any customer data processed through it.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate beta access for breach of these Terms, unlawful use, or operational reasons. You may stop using Nexus at any time.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
